This was my first real user-facing project where I thoroughly iterated on both the systems (backend, fault tolerance, optimization) and product (UX, frontend, user journey).

My main takeaway from building it out was that the software creation really only took up about 35% of the initial effort, and validation + user feedback played a much bigger role in helping me understand how actual people were using Hot Cross Buns.
