I've always been interested in the thinking behind rules-as-code in applied systems, and this idea of creating a DSL that could encode Singapore statutes just so happened to come at a time when I was also actively learning about handwriting interpreters (and to a lesser extent, esolangs).
Yuho was the convergence of all these factors intersecting at the perfect time.
It's not much of a product in the traditional sense (if anything its closer to a proof-of-concept), but it's one of my proudest and most thoroughly-researched pet projects by far. You can find it here at https://github.com/gongahkia/yuho.
(Edit on 1 May 2026: I have since written and published a paper about Yuho on Zenodo hre https://zenodo.org/records/19935537. Take a look if you like reading about language frameworks!)
